October 24, 2018When it comes to cleaning your wood floors, great care must be taken to avoid damage. That means using wood-safe cleaning solutions with a microfiber pad after the floor has been dusted and swept. Spills should be cleaned up immediately and we recommend to sweep your wood floors every day with a weekly cleaning to prevent debris build up.
Never use steam mops, wet mops, supermarket oil soaps, or alkaline products like ammonia. These can damage your floors and lead to warping, a damaged finish, and sticky floors.
